From practically zero, sales have begun to pick up in Wuhan. Dealerships have reopened after two months being shut.

According to Automotive News, one Audi dealer in the Wuchang district of Wuhan reported sales had returned to normal levels.

These data points will be good news for global car markers, who either have a large presence in China or who are looking at what might happen around the rest of the world.

According to the China Automobile Dealers Association, 99 per cent of China’s showrooms have resumed operation and traffic has resumed to 66 per cent of normal levels.
