A few months after the launch of the new Mini Cooper three-door, the brand has introduced a five-door version, arriving in New Zealand later this year.

Mini NZ is set to launch the Cooper C and S, offering an increased passenger and cargo room without sacrificing the brand’s famed go-kart handling.

“Whether it’s navigating the concrete jungle or a spirited weekend adventure, the new Mini Cooper 5-Door offers a blend of the beloved Mini character and everyday usability,” said Alexander Brockhoff, General Manager of Mini Australia and New Zealand.

The Mini Cooper 5-Door showcases contemporary minimalism inside.

“It’s the ideal option for drivers seeking the fun and engaging drive of the Mini Cooper 3-Door in a more flexible and spacious silhouette.”

Embracing a new design philosophy of “Charismatic Simplicity”, the new Mini Cooper 5-Door showcases contemporary minimalism on all surfaces to highlight the key features quintessential to the Mini Cooper. Convenience and comfort are at the heart of the Mini Cooper 5-Door, equipped with Head-Up Display, Comfort Access, Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Pricing for the new Mini Cooper C 5-Door starts from $48,990, with the Cooper S 5-Door starting at $58,990.
