Maserati reveals details of GranTurismo Folgore EV

Maserati has released more details on its full electric GranTurismo Folgore coupe, including its top speed and 0-100km details.

In a YoutTube video, the Italian brand said its first full-electric coupe, will have a top speed of more than 200 mph (more than 320 kph) and will accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.6 seconds, which becomes 2.7 seconds from 0 to 100 kph.

Maserati revealed the performance details via a video on its YouTube channel with the Folgore having a top speed of 320km/h and 0-100km/ in 2.7seconds.

The new GranTurismo will launch in early 2023 first with the company’s 3-litre V-6 Nettuno engine. The Folgore electric variant, which will carry over the fuel-powered model’s exterior and interior, will follow later next year.

The GranTurismo Folgore is expected to feature a battery pack with more than 100-kilowatt hours of capacity. Maserati will also launch a full-electric version of the Grecale.
