Hyundai NZ wins customer satisfaction
Hyundai New Zealand has been awarded the 2020 Canstar Blue Award for Most Satisfied Customers in the New Cars category.
Canstar Blue rates customer satisfaction across a wide range of products and services, with the core purpose of helping consumers make better purchase decisions. The ratings are based on professional market research to determine the perceptions of consumers.
For the research Canstar surveyed and more than 900 Kiwis that had purchased a new car in the past three years.
Customers were asked to rate their satisfaction using a 0 to 10 scale on value for money, point of sale service (i.e. from the dealership), after sale service, reliability of the vehicle they purchased, driving experience of their vehicle purchased and overall satisfaction with the car.
Hyundai NZ outperformed the rest of the market average across all satisfaction variables.
